Accusump Manual Oil Accumulators

The manually operated Accusump kits, hand operated or cable operated, either prior to start up or prior to serious use. Accusumps are oil reservoirs that connect to the engine's pressurised oil system, usually through a sandwich plate of linked into an oil cooler circuit. They are designed collect pressurised oil from your engine and store it so it may be discharged when oil pressure is low. Accusump oil accumulators deliver oil before starting to eliminate dry start scuffing (pre-oiling) and discharge oil during low oil pressure surges to protect against engine damage during demanding racing conditions, such as extremely long corners. These systems are ideal if a dry sump system is not available for your engine or you're using an engine not designed for what you're doing with it. Ideal for motorcycle engined kit cars and off road machines, remember a bike engine in a car doesn't lean over like it does on a bike!
